The Healthy Pet+™ membership starts on the date the first auto-ship nutrition delivery is established. Membership is for a minimum period of 1 year from the membership start date. If the membership is cancelled before the one-year anniversary of the start date, the member will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the number of exams redeemed as a part of the membership times the retail charge for such exams. This amount will be billed directly to the member and charged to the member’s credit card. The delivery frequency must be between 1 to 5 weeks.
